2. Client Opt-Out Request

While we believe in the value of showcasing our work, we understand that some clients may prefer not to have their materials used for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out of this agreement and prevent us from using your materials for marketing purposes, please indicate your preference in writing before signing our service agreement.

Clients must provide written confirmation via email or other agreed-upon written communication that explicitly states their desire for their materials to remain private and not be used for promotional activities. This request must be made before the commencement of services or prior to finalizing the service agreement.


3. Agreement Modification

If a client initially agrees to the use of their materials for marketing and then wishes to revoke their consent after the agreement has been signed, BYM will honor such requests, but modifications to the agreement may be required, and any new conditions will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.


4. Exceptions

There may be exceptions to this policy based on the nature of the work or other client-specific requirements. If any project involves proprietary information, confidential data, or other restrictions that prevent the use of materials for marketing, we will discuss those specific conditions with the client in advance.


5. Final Notes

  • Client Consent: If a client chooses not to allow BYM to use their materials for marketing purposes, it will not impact the services provided.
  • Transparency: We will always maintain transparency about how we intend to use the work created for you and ensure that you are fully informed before making a decision.
