Terms and Conditions

Revisions: We offer two complimentary revisions for each design project. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to a fee of $15 per revision.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a design project has been initiated and/or delivered. However, if there are any issues with the final design that cannot be resolved through revisions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment and completion of the design project, the client will own the full rights to the final approved design for their personal or commercial use. Brand You Marketing Solutions retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Project Timeline: The estimated project timeline will be communicated to the client based on the scope of work and complexity of the design project. Timelines are subject to change based on client feedback and responsiveness.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon acceptance of the quote. All payments are processed through invoice. Full payment is required at the beginning of the project, and payments can only be made via invoice.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide clear and timely feedback during the design process to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Delays in providing feedback or materials required for the project may impact the timeline.
Communication: All communication regarding the design project will primarily be conducted via email or other agreed-upon communication channels. The client is responsible for checking and responding to communications in a timely manner.
Confidentiality: Brand You Marketing Solutions agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. Similarly, the client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information or design concepts shared during the project.
Termination of Services: Brand You Marketing Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of contract, non-payment, or any other circumstances that impede the progress of the project. In such cases, any outstanding balances will be due immediately.
Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to resolution through arbitration or mediation.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products or services purchased from Brand You Marketing Solutions.
